Currently registered MAPOLY students, staff, and recognized student organizations can create campaigns. You'll need to verify your MAPOLY status using your institutional email address and student/staff ID during registration.
You can create campaigns for:
• Academic projects and research
• Student organization initiatives
• Department development projects
• Community outreach programs
• Educational resources and materials
All campaigns must align with MAPOLY's values and guidelines.
Each campaign undergoes a verification process that includes:
• Verification of creator's MAPOLY affiliation
• Review of campaign goals and budget
• Confirmation of necessary approvals (for department-related projects)
• Assessment of project feasibility
This process typically takes 24-48 hours.
This academic demo uses Ethereum Sepolia test ETH via MetaMask:
• Donors send test ETH to the DonationTracker smart contract
• Laravel verifies each mined transaction before marking success
• Campaign pages show transparent on-chain donation and release records
• Admins release funds on-chain to a beneficiary wallet
No real money is used — Sepolia test ETH only.
We accept various payment methods including:
• Bank transfers
• Debit/Credit cards
• USSD payments
• Mobile money
All transactions are secured and processed through verified payment partners.
Campaign creators have access to a dashboard showing:
• Real-time donation updates
• Donor information (if shared)
• Campaign analytics
• Messaging system for donor communication
Regular updates to donors are required to maintain campaign visibility.
